  Solid Five. Service is over the top attentive.  Food is large portions and under average price.  Got a huge salad for $11.25 that is easily two meals.  The dressing tastes homemade and the presentation like an art exhibit.  Jennifer is hands down my favorite server ever.  She was fabulous every step of the way.
  Staying at the hotel next door which had a copy of the menu near check in.  
  This is the best meal I've had in central Missouri in decades.
  I'll be back!

  Arris Bistro -- there is really no other place I would rather eat in Jefferson City. This restaurant has the best of everything I love -- good wine, amazing salads, and incredible desserts!
  
  I've tried to sample a little of everything on the menu, but the salads are so incredible I keep gravitating towards them. Flavorful dressing and each of them come with a light bread option! I love their pita bread - perfect complement to any salad on the menu.
  
  Arris Bistro has a great wine selection - no better place to meet friends for some wine and a light lunch! And you can't leave without at least trying one of their desserts - the cheesecakes are incredible and I usually order one to share with my friend and one to take home. Espresso drinks are also available to enjoy with your cheesecake!
  
  10/10 times I visit Jefferson City I stop at Arris Bistro - and will probably continue to do so because they deliver every time. This restaurant is such a gem in Jefferson City!

  Sad to say but these guys only come in at 3-stars for me.  Service was great, the place is nice but the food was lacking.  I was there for lunch and ordered a gyros with a side Caesar salad.  The salad was pretty darn good and I was very excited for the rest of my meal.  The gyros showed up and the meat was simultaneously dry and not very flavorful.  First thought - no problem, add tzatziki sauce.  Unfortunately, the sauce was on the bland side as well.  Maybe try a bite with some pita?  Nope, it was overly chewy.  Ask the waitress to sample the pork gyros?  She obliged (like I said, great service) but that was just weird.
  
  I really wanted to like the place but their food did not live up to their reviews.

  I always always always enjoy coming here when I'm in town. This last time we tried the hummus tray and it did not disappoint!
  The three flavors were good on their own and all mixed together, the pita bread really brought it home though, you could tell it was fresh.
  My best friend swears by this place, and can't always has a hard time deciding what to get because she has so many favorites.
  It's an adorable place, the wait staff is always super nice and full of great recommendations.
  I look forward to going back!

  This is a place that I would never see from the road and consider.  As such, it is a little jewel of a restaurant hidden just steps away from the capitol.  Arris' Bistro offers outstanding service, incredible Mediterranean eats seasoned just right, delectable desserts complimented by a nice drink selection.  Combine all that with a well designed interior plus an inviting patio and you have a gem of a stop during your time in Jeff City.
